About this event

Public finance leaders require not only comprehensive knowledge of the technical aspects of finance and accountancy, but also an ability to get the best from both their colleagues and those they manage. This highly practical four day training course is designed to support the development of excellent leadership practices. It comprises of four days of classroom learning.

Classroom learning is delivered online. You will be provided a link to join each virtual workshop. Our trainer will be there to greet you and the other delegates, and we aim to deliver just as we would if everyone was together in a physical training room. For best results we recommend the use of a webcam.
